2. Purposes of Processing
- Lesson consultation, delivery of diagnostic results, and enrollment-related contact
- Designing a curriculum tailored to each student's goals and level
- Statistical analysis for service improvement (processed in a form that cannot identify individuals)
3. Retention Period
We retain personal information for 5 years after the consultation ends, and destroy it without delay once the period expires or the purpose is fulfilled — except where a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
4. Provision to Third Parties
VF English does not provide personal information to third parties, except with your prior consent or where required by law.
5. Outsourcing of Processing
To operate the service, we entrust certain processing as follows, with contractual safeguards required by law.

6. Destruction of Personal Information
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled.
- Electronic files are permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time using the contact below; we will act without delay. You may also refuse consent to collection and use, in which case consultation and delivery of diagnostic results may be limited.
8. Security Measures
- Access to personal information is limited to the representative.
- Personal information is stored in password-protected accounts and devices, and transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS).
